The public comment period on the draft language runs through Monday, May 5.
Specifically, two code sections require updates:
- 40.385 Stormwater and Erosion Control – Provides protection of water quality through the application of best management practices for stormwater management and erosion control to development and redevelopment projects.
- 13.26A Water Quality – Provides minimum requirements for controlling the discharge of contaminants and stormwater flows to county storm drains, streams and groundwater.
