Fun fact: I ran into a parked pickup truck with my bike when I was younger and broke my nose on the rear of the truck’s canopy. I was going at full speed and hit so hard I lost consciousness for a few minutes. Did I mention it was a PARKED truck? And now people pay me to think for them. How awesome is that?

Favorite spot on a Saturday night: This is more fiction than reality, but I’m a big fan of close friends getting together at sunset right at dusk, outside on a summer night, campfire, s’mores, songs and guitars. Crazy fun. Sans the blood-sucking mosquitoes.

Favorite movie: I love movies where the underdog somehow finds a way, or when people find peace in the midst of struggle. Stories with the happy, Hollywood endings are too lazy to ever be great.

Music of choice: I listen to the orchestral scores from movies. I get lost in the drama, free from lyrical constraints, and my creativity is unleashed. I’ve cried while listening like this. Don’t judge me.

Favorite place to eat: Oh…I like it spicy. Thai food fuels my inner fire. Tiger’s Garden downtown is great. So is a little place called Thai Home off Andresen and 4th Plain.

Motto/Inspirational quote: “Those who say it cannot be done should get out of the way of those doing it.”
