Puj to occupy downtown Vancouver’s Wolf Building

Wolf buildingPuj, a Vancouver-based baby product company, today signed a lease to occupy roughly 19,000 square feet of downtown Vancouver’s Wolf Building, located at 301 W 11th St.

The company was launched in late 2009 by husband and wife team Ben and Katie Richardson. Their products, including a soft and foldable baby bathtub that fits in a sink, have been featured television shows such as The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Rachael Ray.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Realtor Jim West helped to facilitate Puj’s move to the Wolf Building.

“They needed more space because they are experiencing growth and the space where they are at is very inefficient given the amount of inventory they’re moving,” he said.

In addition to more space, West said the Richardsons wanted their new location to have several amenities nearby – parks, coffee shops, people, etc.

“The types of folks they are trying to attract to their workforce are folks who don’t want to be in a typical business park. They want a little more of a stimulating environment, and the building provides that.”
