Company-wide, Integra employs approximately 1,760 people. Roughly 700 of them work in the Portland-Vancouver area.

“Our people were a critical factor in our selection process,” said Felicity O’Herron, Integra’s senior vice president of human resources, in a press release. “Roughly half of our employees in the Portland Metro area currently reside in Washington. Further, the quality of the facility, open, collaborative spaces, accessible and free parking and modern amenities are just some of the benefits all of our employees will enjoy.”

Not all of Integra’s Portland-area staff will move to the Vancouver facility next year. The company said its local sales force will continue to be located in Portland. It will also maintain locations in Salem, Eugene, Bend and Lake Oswego.

Jesse Selnick, Integra’s chief financial officer, said that a desire to become more tightly integrated was a key factor in moving to the new facility.

“With this facility, we’ll be able to maximize our efficiency and enhance our communication by housing most of our key, centralized functions under one roof in a dynamic, sophisticated commercial space,” said Selnick.

The Vancouver facility is owned by SEH America. Cresa Partners represented Integra as lessee’s agent.
