“Fastest-growing” real estate brand lands in Vancouver

Real Living, a national real estate franchise company, announced its debut in the Portland-Vancouver metro area this week.

Under the name Real Living, The Real Estate Group, the brokerage will provide residential and commercial real estate buying and selling services in Washington and Oregon, as well as relocation and property management services to support its agents and customers.

Chad Sessions, an experienced real estate agent formally with Prudential Northwest Properties, is heading up the Vancouver office with his wife, Hollie. He intends to hire 75 to 100 real estate professionals over the next 12 to 15 months.

“Real Living is a bold, young company that has invested deeply in technology and tools to enhance the real estate experience, both for customers and for agents,” said Sessions.

Real Living, The Real Estate Group will operate from temporary space at 2818 East 2nd Street off Grand Boulevard in Vancouver. The brokerage expects to open its first permanent office in early 2012 along Southeast 192nd Avenue in Camas. The company also hopes to open office spaces in downtown Vancouver and Portland later that same year.

“Hollie and I are thrilled to be introducing this fantastic brand to the Vancouver-Portland area,” said Sessions. “We are focused on assembling a very strong team of agents to serve clients throughout the metropolitan area.”

The National Association of Realtors recently recognized Real Living as the fastest-growing U.S. real estate brand from 2009-2011. With more than 10,000 agents across 450 U.S. locations, the company has taken an aggressive approach in expanding its geographic presence in metropolitan areas throughout the country. Previously, the nearest Real Living franchises were in Eugene, Oregon and Tacoma.
