The Vancouver Business Journal is proud to introduce Paul Leonard as its new Managing Editor. Most recently an award winning contributor to the Portland Business Journal, Paul brings an academic and professional experience base to the position that will complement the work of his predecessors.
About his decision to join the staff Paul said, "It's great to be here. As I take over as Managing Editor of the Vancouver Business Journal, I want to say what an honor and a privilege it is to build on this publication's long list of successes.
It's an exciting time to be at VBJ and to be part of Southwest Washington's vibrant business community. Even in these tough economic times, VBJ is growing, always looking for better ways to better inform our readers about the people, places and issues of the day – both in print and online.

Prior to his work in Portland, Paul was the editor of a large community newsweekly in New York City. Paul has a BFA from New York University and an MS in Journalism from Columbia University.
