Vancouver dentist gets a new home

RSV Building Solutions, a Vancouver-based construction company that specializes in new construction, remodeling, facility maintenance and tenant improvements, recently began construction on Aadland Dental's new office, which will be located in the nearly-completed Aadland Building north of downtown Vancouver.

"These types of projects are very personally satisfying for me because we get to help a fabulous local business owner build personal wealth," said RSV president Ron Frederiksen.

RSV will be creating a 3,200-square-foot dental office plus an additional 200-square-foot x-ray office with 3-D imaging capabilities. The overall features of the new space include two private operatories, five open operatories, a lab and sterilization space and a consultation room for client privacy.

In addition to Aadland Dental, the 14,000-square-foot building at 2702 N.E. 78th St. in Hazel Dell will initially be occupied by one more dental practice, with additional professional space still available for lease.

"RSV has been a true partner in this process," said Dr. Kristine Aadland, owner of Aadland Dental.

According to Aadland, the new space will reflect a sense of calming and reassurance with an atmosphere that breaks down the image of pain and anxiety that has become commonly associated with going to the dentist.

In addition to the calming atmosphere, Aadland said her facility will use state-of-the-art equipment and the latest technology.
