Urban NW Homes’ Wild Glen subdivision in Salmon Creek has been officially recognized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as the first development on the West Coast to earn four stars under the National Green Land Development Certification (NGLDC) section of the NAHB’s National Green Building Standard.
This third-party certification verifies that the project was designed and will be constructed by a team of qualified professionals trained in green development.
Adopted in 2010 by the Board of Clark County Commissions as the voluntary building standard, the National Green Building Standard is the first and only residential green building rating system to undergo the full consensus process and receive approval from the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
