Earlier this week, Prestige Plaza LLC announced it is in the permit process of building two identical four-story apartment buildings in downtown Vancouver.
Located on the site of the former police station in downtown Vancouver, each building will hold 50 apartment units. Construction is slated to begin this fall, with leasing to follow in the spring of 2012.
