The new suite is exclusively for neurosurgical patients in Southwest Washington.

Working with architects, the doctor's tried to ensure the design met the needs unique to their patients. "Our goal was to develop a space to provide better overall patient care," said Dr. Ashok Modha, a Rebound neurosurgeon.

South Carolina to get second Boeing 787 plant

Boeing announced last week that its new 787 assembly plant will be in North Charleston, S.C. – not the Puget Sound area.

Boeing was in talks with the Seattle machinists union, but could not come to an agreement, instead siding with South Carolina's offer of a $100 million in bonds, tax free fuel, and reduced prices on essential parts.

"We may not build every single Boeing aircraft in Washington, but Washington will continue to remain the home of the best workers building the best airplanes for the next 100 years," said Gov. Christine Gregoire (D-Wash.)
