The New Generation floor plans are designed to give homebuyers more home for their money by expanding the spaces a family really uses and meet the needs of today’s changing lifestyle, the company said.
The new plans include the following amenities:
• Kitchen redesign with sinks facing the living areas based on research pertaining to better entertaining and integration with great room
•Less formal spaces, though these are still available as an option
•Larger kitchen islands with cabinets
• Larger closets
• On some models, additional windows in key spaces such as master and great room
• Incorporation of the “Future Ready” concept through features such as the furnaces within conditioned spaces
• Indulgent master suite option, featuring tile
“One of our core values is listening to and responding to our home buyers. This new generation of home plans reflects just that,” said Kelly Helmes, New Tradition Homes’ vice president.
