Micropump’s Jeff Holman to resign as president and CEO

After 10 years with Vancouver-based low flow pump manufacturer Micropump, a division of IDEX, president and CEO Jeff Hohman is leaving.

“I’ve been here for ten years so it was not an easy decision,” Hohman said. “I’m going to certainly miss this community.”

Hohman has accepted a position with Kent-based Flow International Corp., which designs and manufactures ultrahigh-pressure water jet products, where he will serve as executive vice president and general manager, overseeing the newly-created water jet operation throughout North and South America. He starts work there Nov. 1.

“We’re very excited to welcome a person of Jeff Hohman’s caliber to the company,” said Flow President and Chief Executive Officer Stephen R. Light.

Micropump executives have not yet chosen a replacement for Hohman.
