Taqueria El Rinconsito Inc., an authentic Mexican food restaurant with 14 locations throughout the state, will open its first location in Southwest Washington this fall.
The restaurant will occupy the 1,974-square-foot building located at 7006 NE Highway 99, which used to be a Taco Bell.
Taqueria El Rinconsito leased the building from O’Brien Kiernan Investment Co. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Connie Cerna of Red Rock Real Estate represented the tenant in the real estate transaction.
The restaurant intends to open for business on September 1.
