The top five are:
- New Tradition Homes: 130 homes built in 2015
- Pacific Lifestyle Homes Inc: 100 homes built in 2015
- Manor Homes Washington Inc: 85 homes built in 2015
- Cascade West Development Inc: 80 homes built in 2015
- Aho Construction I Inc: 78 homes built in 2015
