The Vancouver Police Department held a news conference Wednesday to begin "Operation Christmas Presence" at Vancouver Westfield Mall. The program seeks to boost crime prevention and detection efforts during the busy holiday season.
Columbia River Crossing staff presented last week the details of project refinements resulting in approximately $650 million in cost savings.
