Vancouver Mayor Tim Leavitt will deliver the 2010 State of the City address, "We Are Vancouver," at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, March 4 in the Heritage Ballroom of the Hilton Vancouver Washington.
Employees of NW Natural will meet at St. Luke's Episcopal Church on E. Fourth Plain Blvd. on Saturday, Feb. 27 at 9 a.m. to plant nearly 100 trees in Carter Park, Hudson's Bay, West Minnehaha and other Vancouver neighborhoods.
The Clark County Public Works Dept. announced parking lots will reopen on March 1 at nine regional parks and trails, allowing full access to popular destinations in the county's park system.
