Earlier this week, founders John and Debbie Deane announced the sale of their business and subsequent retirement. The new owners are another husband and wife team, Chris and Kiki Bittner who live in Felida.
Chris Bittner graduated with honors from Seattle Art Institute and took his first design job at Deane’s Graphics in 1992. Since then, Bittner has done freelance work for Deane’s, but spent the bulk of his time growing the brand of another Vancouver start up, BLT Technologies.
Kiki Bittner is the former owner of a live competitive event production company, giving her experience in brand imaging, advertising, marketing and live event planning.
The Bittner’s plan to expand the current list of services Deane’s offers to include full service brand imaging solutions, expanded web design and support services, and event planning.
