American Family Insurance has leased 1,685 square feet of retail space at Gardner Center, 1710 S.W. Ninth Ave. in Battle Ground, from Gardner Center One. Gregory Pico of Sellers Equity represented the insurance company and Mark Atteridge and Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Assoc. represented the lessor in the transaction.

Ace Cash Express has leased 1,045 square feet at Four Seasons, 2714 N.E. 114th Ave. in Vancouver, from Al Angelo Co. (Four Seasons LLC). Doug Clerget of CFG Properties represented the lessee and Mark Atteridge and Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Assoc. represented the landlord in the transaction.

B&H Investments LLC bought The Commons at Union Ridge, 600 S. 74th Place in Ridgefield, a 6,000-square-foot industrial condominium building from SC Hinton LLC for $600,000. William Connelly of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented both parties in the transaction.

Kara’s Dance Studio has leased 1,800 square feet of retail space at Sifton Retail Center, 14020 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd. in Vancouver, from Tony and Judy Giese.
