Generations Day Spa has leased 1,498 square feet of retail space at Heritage Place, 300-302 W. Eighth St. in Vancouver, from Heritage Place LLC. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Assoc. represented both parties in the transaction.

Jalisco Mexican Grill & Cantina has leased 5,420 square feet of retail space at Cascade Village III, 516 S.E. Chkalov Drive in Vancouver, from Angelo Property Co. LP. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Assoc. represented both parties in the transaction.

Crown Industrial Supply Inc. has leased 9,050 square feet of warehouse space with 1,169 square feet of office space at Quad 205 Business Park, 10914 N.E. 39th St. in Vancouver, from McMorgan & Co. William Connelly of Eric Fuller & Assoc. represented the landlord in the transaction.

Manor Care of Salmon Creek bought 3.8 acres at 186633-5 and 186633-13712 N.E. 29th St. and 186648-2811 N.E. 138th Circle in Vancouver from Legacy Health Systems for $2.08 million. Donn Sullivan of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer in the transaction.
