Fifth St. in Vancouver, from Martin Properties of Southwest Washington LLC for $235,000. Paul Schwabe of Paul Schwabe Real Estate represented the buyer and Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Assoc. represented the seller in the transaction.

Advantel Inc. has leased 3,230 square feet of office space at Vancouvercenter, 700 Washington St. in Vancouver, from Vancouvercenter Development LLC for a telecommunications sales business. Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties in the transaction.
