Columbia Credit Union receives Workplace Excellence Award

For the fifth time, Columbia Credit Union (CCU) has received the Peter Barron Stark (PBS) Companies’ Award for Workplace Excellence.

CCU’s 2010 Employee Satisfaction survey results revealed a satisfaction rating of 90.4 percent, far surpassing the 80 percent favorable response threshold required of award recipients.

“We’re always seeking ways to improve our performance whether we’re working together with staff or serving our members,” said Steve Kenny, CCU president & CEO. “This award highlights Columbia’s core values that guide our employees and everyday interactions with members.”

Columbia Credit Union has received the Workplace Excellence Award every year it has completed the survey with Peter Barron Stark Companies.
