The Vancouver Housing Authority held a grand opening celebration and ribbon-cutting for the newly completed Camas Ridge Apartment Homes last week.
Located at 1420 Northwest 28th Avenue on Prune Hill in Camas, Camas Ridge Apartment Homes consists of 51 apartments, including 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units.
Part of the Vancouver Housing Authority’s Workforce Housing program, the nearly $8 million development was bond-financed with additional funds coming from the State of Washington Housing Trust Fund, Clark County Community Development Block Grant funds, Vancouver Housing Authority funds and Clark County HB2060 funds.
