Owner Ernie Dolan said he was attracted to the 7,500-square-foot space because “it’s a pretty busy area with Clark College, the Veteran’s Hospital and other development going on.
“It’s going to take [businesses] like this to improve the neighborhood,” he added.
Dolan, a collector of things since elementary school, said his shop has been “really busy” since opening in early April.
