Beverly Engelen has been named trust relationship manager at West Coast Bank. Engelen has 30 years of experience in trust banking services. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance as well as professional designations as a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and Certified Trust Financial Advisor. She is active in the Estate Planning Council of Portland and is a member of the Institute of Certified Bankers and the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
