The Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council Board of Directors recently appointed five new members: Delbert Brown of the Central Labor Council; Bob Lewis, president of Columbia Vista Corp.; Mike Masten of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services; Mike Sinclair of Kelso-Longview Central Labor Council; and Angela Simmons, staff development specialist with iQ Credit Union.
