Umpqua Bank has hired Christine Robison as a residential mortgage loan officer for the Vancouver mortgage office. Robison specializes in first time homebuyer programs and works to layer financing to help low to moderate income borrowers achieve their dream of homeownership. She recently received an award as top lender for Southwest Washington.
