Vaughn Lein has decided to retire after more than 23 years serving as chair of the Clark County Planning Commission. Carey Smith is also retiring after more than ten years of service. Since their appointments, Lein and Smith have spent countless volunteer hours reading materials, attending hearings and workshops and participating in growth management discussions.
