De Stickel, a Hewlett-Packard procurement specialist, has been elected to chair the Clark County Skills Center General Advisory Council for the 2005-2006 school year. Jada Rupley, assistant superintendent at Educational Service District 112, will serve as chair-elect, and Dave Campbell, a retired IT network consultant, will serve as past chairman.
