Amy Cheung

Cheung has commercial real estate experience as a principal investor, a commercial broker and a residential broker. She has been active in many organizations including as the first chairperson of the Asian Real Estate Association of America, Portland Chapter.

Cheung holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Oregon State University and a graduate certificate of real estate development from Portland State University. She is also a graduate of the Worldwide College of Auctioneers and of the Realtor Institute.

Live! Local Media, operators of ClarkCountyLive.com, has hired Clay Bonds as director of business development.

Bonds spent the last nine years serving as vice president of business operations for the Vancouver Volcanoes basketball team. In his new role, he will be responsible for expansion of the company’s ‘GoLocal’ program, which helps local businesses use digital media to better connect with consumers.

“Clay has a diversified business background, ranging from restaurant management to high-tech,” said Mitch Canton, director/digital media for Live! Local Media. “He gets what it takes for local business to succeed, and he’ll be able to help us continue our roll out of these new services to the local business community.”

HDJ Design Group, an engineering, planning, land survey and landscape architecture firm headquartered in Vancouver, has hired Rich Darland to serve as its senior engineering manager.

Darland rejoins HDJ after nine years at another local engineering firm. He brings more than 22 years of experience designing and managing public infrastructure and private development projects in Southwest Washington and the Portland Metro Area.
