Richard Meyer

Meyer holds a master’s degree in regional and city planning, with continuing education in American government, nonprofit organization management and conservation policy. He has 16 years of nonprofit management experience, including six years as executive director of the Portland Audubon Society. He also served as the executive director for the Association of Oregon Community Development Organizations and the Burnside Community Council in Portland.

He has served on many boards and committees of neighborhood organizations, chambers of commerce, government task forces and local, state and national nonprofit associations.

 

Joe WeststeynJOE WESTSTEYN

MacKay Sposito, a Vancouver-based consultant in energy, public works and land development, recently hired civil designer Joe Weststeyn.

Weststeyn earned a degree in civil engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology and has nearly five years of experience as a construction/project inspector. In his new role, he will work on road access projects.
