SWMC critical care nurses celebrate milestone

Southwest Washington Medical Center critical care nurses Nancy Denny, above left, and Dana Ostenson have attained and maintained their certification as critical care nurses for 30 years. The certification is an expert credential reserved for those who meet rigorous practice, continuing education and testing requirements in their specialty.

Denny began her career in critical care 42 years ago and has been with SWMC for 35 of those years. Ostenson followed her mother's footsteps in nursing and began her career as a nurse's aid and has been a critical care nurse for more than 35 years – 30 years at SWMC.

Rachael Entenman has joined the Jevon Domench/Travis Laible team at Summit Mortgage Corp. in Vancouver. She has eight years of real estate experience, including experience in escrow, residential resale and new home construction.

Sales consultant joins Touchstone Crystal

Longtime Vancouver resident Kelly Muske is now an independent sales consultant for Rhode Island-based direct selling jewelry company Touchstone Crystal, a member of the Swarovski Group. She has 18 years of direct sales experience.

Columbia Credit Union named its board officers for 2009: Charles McDonald, senior civil engineer at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, will serve as chair; Judith L. Chipman, business manager, supply chain for Bonneville Power, will serve as vice chair; John A. Dingethal, senior consultant for Certified Security Solutions, will be treasurer; and Philip R. Andrews, an attorney at Morse, Bratt and Andersen PLLC, will be secretary.

Real estate agents join brokerage

David Cripe and Betty Schram have joined the Clark County Northwest branch of Prudential Northwest Properties, which is based in Portland but has two locations in Vancouver. Lynn Sia Keefe has joined the Longview branch and Jim Faust joined the Columbia Tech Center branch.
