Melinda Chesbro has been promoted to content management director of the Fort Vancouver Regional Library District. Chesbro joined FVRL in 2003 as manager of the district’s information technology department. She previously was member services manager for Marmot Library Network in Colorado. Prior to that, she was a systems librarian at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She earned an undergraduate degree in business administration from California State University at Stanislaus and a master of library science degree at UCLA in 1989.
