The Rotary Club of Vancouver Sunrise will induct four residents into the Clark County Hall of Fame: baseball enthusiasts Richard and Donald Pitch; Former Vancouver councilmember Dick Pokornowski, who helped found Educational Service District 112 and SWIFT; and Dr. James F. Parsley, principal of Parsley and Assoc. and former superintendent of Vancouver Public Schools.
