RSV Promotes Debbie Marcoulier to VP of business operations

RSV Building Solutions, a Vancouver-based commercial construction company, has promoted Debbie Marcoulier to vice president of business operations.

In her new role, RSV said Marcoulier’s responsibilities will include overseeing the overall financial performance of the company, human resources, business office operations and marketing and public relations functions.

“From the time my mother and father started RSV nearly 40 years ago, we have had a long, proud history of women in management positions, which is not typical in construction companies,” said Ron Frederiksen, president of RSV Building Solutions. “Debbie has risen through the ranks, and has performed brilliantly in every position she has held. I am thrilled that she now holds a pivotal position on our senior management team.”

Marcoulier has been with RSV since 2004.

Evergreen Home Loans has hired Chequeta Nutt to serve as senior mortgage banker of its Vancouver-Portland Branch.

A Washington native and 25-year resident of the Portland-Vancouver area, Evergreen said Nutt brings 16 years of loan origination expertise to the company.

Phoebe Krueger has been hired by Pacific Continental Bank for the Vancouver office position of relationship banking officer, with a focus on the nonprofit community.

Prior to joining Pacific Continental, Krueger served as the community partnership and resource development manager at Educational Opportunities for Children and Families, a Vancouver-based nonprofit.

Children’s Center recently announced the addition of four community leaders to its Board of Directors. Joining are Wendy Kelley, Kelly Parker, Tonya Rulli and Darryl Walker. 

Kelley serves as National IRA product manager for US Bank’s Wealth Management group. She has been with US Bank for more than 27 years, and is responsible for providing IRA compliance, technical support and staff training. 

Parker has served as president and CEO of the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce (GVCC) since October 2010.
She also serves on the board of Leadership Clark County.

Rulli is a senior deputy prosecuting attorney in the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. In the last 11 years, she has prosecuted all types of criminal cases, spending most of her time in the domestic violence and child abuse units. 

Walker is the labor and employment counsel for the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office. Previously, he was the in-house labor and employment counsel for Alaska Airlines as well as for Providence Health Systems.

Children’s Center is a locally governed mental health agency in Clark County focused on mental health services to children, youth and families.
