Wells Fargo promotes new Clark County business banking manager

Wells Fargo's Business Banking Group has promoted Alisa Johnston to business banking manager for Clark County. Johnston was previously a senior business relationship manager in Vancouver.

In her new role, the bank said Johnston will manage a group of eight team members who serve companies in the Vancouver/Portland metro area with annual sales of between $2 million and $30 million.

“Wells Fargo has been, and remains, a strong supporter of local businesses,” said Johnston. “We stand ready to help them with loans, cash and treasury management, payroll services, merchant card services, equipment leasing financing and any other financial service they need to succeed.”

Johnston joined Wells Fargo in April 2010 after working as a regional business banking manager at JPMorgan Chase and at American Brokers Conduit for six years.

She earned a bachelor's degree from Oregon State University.

CHRISTOPHER BAUMANN

Planning Solutions Inc. (PSI) has named landscape architect Christopher Baumann its new president, replacing founder Daniel George.

PSI said Baumann has more than 25 years experience in the field.  He joined the firm in 1994 as senior landscape architect and has acted as the lead project manager for planning and landscape architecture projects in both the public and private sector.

Baumann holds a Bachelor of Science in landscape architecture from the University of California Davis. He is licensed in Washington, Oregon, California and Michigan.

PSI is a Vancouver-based multi-discipline design firm offering consulting services which include architecture, land use planning and landscape architecture.

KELLY CAYCE

Vancouver resident Kelly Cayce has won the Core Value Award from Corwin Beverage. The award honors employees who demonstrate the Ridgefield-based company’s core values each day.

The award is given out at the Corwin bi-yearly all-company meeting and employees are nominated by their peers.

Cayce currently serves as Corwin’s day warehouse lead and has been an employee at the company for 18 years.

MARK MATTHIAS & MARTY FORSMANN

The Community Foundation for Southwest Washington (CFSWW) recently elected two new members to its Board of Directors: Mark Matthias and Marty Forsmann.

CFSWW said Matthias, founder of Beaches restaurant, brings extensive leadership experience, community service and community connections with him.

Forsmann, a senior executive with Wells Fargo Securities, has her finger on the pulse of the local financial community and supports a broad range of non-profit organizations with her enthusiasm and networking ability, according to the foundation.

CFSWW said its all-volunteer board is comprised of community leaders that possess a deep knowledge of and commitment to the future of southwest Washington.
