MARY ROBINSON MEYERS

University of Oregon honors owner of Vancouver-based Threshold Inc.

The University of Oregon College of Arts and Sciences recently honored Mary Robinson Meyers with “Profiles in Achievement” at the 2011 Alumni Fellow Awards Banquet in Eugene, Oregon.

The award honors College of Arts and Science Alumni who have helped transform society through their career achievements, and who have used their university experiences as springboards to greater success.

Meyers started and developed Threshold Inc. – one of the first woman-owned financial companies in Vancouver. She also has an office in Seaside, Oregon.

Through her efforts and charitable giving, the university said Meyers focuses her company on helping individuals obtain freedom in their lives.

NIKKI GAUDREAULT & GILDA CIRAULO

 

Westby Associates Inc., a regional consulting firm based in Vancouver, has announced the hiring of Nikki Gaudreault as office manager and the promotion of Gilda Ciraulo to the position of associate.

According to the firm, Gaudreault has broad project management experience, including five years with Clark County Fire & Rescue and 13 years with the United State Forest Service.

In her new position, the firm said Ciraulo will focus on marketing and special events. She has been with Westby Associates Inc. for three years as a project manager.

JENNIFER ELAND & SAMANTHA SANDFORD

 

First Independent has announced the expansion of its Healthcare Relationship Management team with the hiring of Jennifer Eland as healthcare market manager and the promotion of Samantha Sandford to the position of relationship manager.

A lifelong resident of Clark County, the bank said Eland brings extensive healthcare and financial services industry expertise. Most recently, she managed Southwest Medical Group Plastic Surgery in Vancouver.  

Sandford joined First Independent last October with 12 years of progressive banking experience.
