CBRE promotes Accomplished & Under 40 honoree Jason Green to
first vice president

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has promoted Jason Green to first vice president – a title earned by business contribution to the firm including revenue.

For the last two years, Green was ranked one of the “Top 5” producers for the Portland CBRE office. Now working out of the firm’s Vancouver office, Green was also recently selected as one of the Vancouver Business Journal’s Accomplished & Under 40 honorees.

“Jason is a high achieving individual, who provides excellent service to his clients and contributes to the team spirit of our company,” said Mike Wells, managing director & market leader of CBRE’s Portland office.

With more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience, Green’s primary focus is tenant representation, specializing in helping companies confronting expansions, relocations, purchases and dispositions of owned or leased facilities.
