Helms has more than five years of experience working with CAD and the GIS (Geographic Information System) domain. M&S said she also brings considerable experience with GIS, from planning and data collection to implementation and training for the client. 

Holder brings more than 10 years of design experience for projects ranging from recreation design to waterfront developments. Notable projects he was involved with include the Sellwood Bridge Redevelopment and the South Waterfront Greenway Central District project in Portland. Projects he is currently working on with M&S include recreation improvements for several of the firm’s energy clients and industrial planning for port authorities.

Moore comes to M&S with many years of experience in the mapping and photo-grammetry fields. Most recently, he worked as a lead civil engineering technician for Bonneville Power Administration. The firm said Moore will use his expertise to review maps and ensure adherence with federal standards.

Piltz joins M&S with more than 10 years of local human resources management experience.  In addition to recruiting expertise, she has a history of success with strategic planning, employee relations, legal compliance and employee development, the firm said. In her new role, Piltz will manage the human resources operations across multiple office locations and work sites.

Wells Fargo Private Bank has hired Camas resident Kari Hebble to serve as a wealth advisor and vice president.

In her new role, Hebble will provide personalized and comprehensive financial, trust and investment services to high net worth customers in the Portland metropolitan area to help meet their complex financial needs, the bank said.

Hebble previously worked for four years at Northern Trust in Denver as a senior wealth strategist and vice president. She also worked for five years at US Trust in Colorado and New Jersey in trust and new business development.
