Nautilus launches new products in international markets

Nautilus’ Bowflex Max Trainer and Schwinn Airdyne AD 8 Total Fitness Bike are now available in more than 15 countries including Europe, Australia and New Zealand, the Vancouver headquartered company announced on Wednesday.

Company officials said the new markets are the result of recently secured partnerships with leading distributors.

“We continually pursue opportunities to make our innovative products accessible to the international marketplace,” said Jeff Collins, vice president, general manager of Nautilus’ retail segment. “Given strong interest from our global partners, along with the success we have experienced in the U.S. already, we are confident these products will be well received by customers in other markets around the world.”

The new markets announcement comes just days after the company reported its preliminary, unaudited results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. Nautilus reported expected net sales of approximately $109 million for the fourth quarter of 2015, an increase of 15 percent compared to the fourth quarter of 2014.
