Leadership Clark County names new executive director

Leadership Clark County (LCC), a nonprofit, nonpartisan civic leadership development program, has appointed Angel Escobedo as its new executive director.

Escobedo joins LCC with more than 10 years of nonprofit leadership experience. He has held management roles with Welthungerhilfe, a German-based international nonprofit organization focused on eradicating global hunger and improving food security, and Catholic Relief Services, managing large-scale humanitarian projects in Pakistan. He also has worked for several nonprofits in California.

Escobedo holds a master of public administration in international management degree with a focus on organizational development from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California.
