Many companies throughout Southwest Washington have maintained policies and practices for some time focused on maintaining a healthy workforce, and we believe it is time to recognize these companies. That’s why we are introducing Southwest Washington’s Healthiest Companies 2013.
In the coming weeks, we will ask readers to nominate companies that have developed strong workplace wellness programs and that make wellness a priority for their employees. Categories will include small employers, mid-size employers, large employers and those whose headquarters are outside of Southwest Washington. Southwest Washington’s Healthiest Companies will be featured in the November 1, 2013 edition of the Vancouver Business Journal.
Whether it is your company, the company you work for, or simply one that you are aware of, we hope you will take the time to nominate them. We want the entire business community to see how these companies built their programs, and to celebrate the positive consequences they’ve been able to achieve in the workplace.
