Current job: Marketing communications director for following companies: Johnson Bixby, financial planning company; Integrated Tax Services, tax and accounting firm; The Difference, clothing boutique offering personal styling services. From fashion to finance, my days are never boring!
Proudest professional moment: I’m working on it. Balancing motherhood and a job I love, I’m both proud and happy to be raising two daughters who will hopefully look back on their childhood and know they can have a fulfilling career and be a wonderful mother – because they saw their mom do it.
First job: Pro shop assistant at Royal Oaks Country Club.
Fun fact: I know the capitals of all 50 states and can spot a wide variety of backyard birds.
Favorite spot on a Saturday night: Dinner party at home with family, friends and neighbors.
Favorite movie: “Sound of Music” or “Sleepless in Seattle.”
Music of choice: Variety! Country to classical.
Favorite place to eat: Tricky question as my husband, Kevin Gorretta, owns Piazza Italia and Bar Rione in the Pearl District. But other favorites include our home kitchen and Sushi Mo.
