In a press release, Packaging Dynamics CEO Roger Prevot said the acquisition provides his corporation with a unique opportunity for growth in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada along with leading positions in key products and end-markets.
“We look forward to using these expanded offerings and capabilities to better meet the needs of customers across our entire flexible packaging business,” Prevot said. “We are pleased to welcome the management and employees of Pac Paper to our company.”
David Morgan, Pac Paper’s vice president of sales and marketing, said that the company’s shareholders view the partnership with Packaging Dynamics as the next phase of business growth.
“We are truly excited to join Packaging Dynamics and look forward to leveraging its capabilities and national footprint to expand penetration of our product line…” added Robert McNally, Pac Paper’s CEO/president.
Pac Paper’s legal name is now Pac Paper LLC.
