Tidland Corporate Center sold for $3.3 million

Tidland Corporate Center, a 64,000-square-foot industrial building and 6.03-acre campus at 2305 SE 8th Street in Camas, has been sold for $3.3 million to Jerry and Mary Sauer of Camas Holdings LLC.

Additionally, Excavator Rental Services (ERS), a local construction equipment rental, sales and service supplier owned by the Sauers, will move into the center.

Tidland Corporate Center has been a manufacturing site since the early 1950s. Its largest tenant is Oklahoma-based Maxcess Tidland.

NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson Vice President Garret Harper represented both parties in the transaction.

“The new ownership made a concerted effort to keep its namesake tenant, airshaft and slitting equipment manufacturer Maxcess Tidland,” said NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson Vice President Garret Harper, who represented both parties in the transaction. “ERS will join the 70+ employees already at Maxcess Tidland.

“There is great synergy between the tenant and new owner, and continuity in the building’s legacy,” he added. “This property and the jobs it supports have a tremendous local impact.”
