Seattle-based care provider buys east Vancouver building for $2 million

Sea Mar Community Centers, a Seattle-based health care provider, has purchased a building at Hiddenbrook Terrace for approximately $2 million. The building is located at 19005 SE 34th St. in Vancouver, near SE 192nd Ave.

Sea Mar is expected to move into the 13,000-square-foot building in October.

Deborah Ewing and Adam Roselli, CCIM, of Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc., represented Hiddenbrook Terrace LLC in the transaction. Brian Petro of Horizon Real Estate represented the Sea Mar.
