The top five are:
- Sigma Design: 92 licensed engineers; 192 FTEs
- PBS Engineering and Environmental Inc: 22 licensed engineers; 48 FTEs
- Wallis Engineering PLLC: 15 licensed engineers; 21 FTEs
- Kramer Gehlen & Assoc. Inc: 10 licensed engineers; FTEs ND
- Olson Engineering Inc: 8 licensed engineers; 10 FTEs
