Clark County's Department of Community Services announced Aug. 21 that it awarded $1,008,200 to area non-profits through funding received from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
With classes starting Sept. 2, Evergreen Public Schools has put out a call for school supplies. Donations can be dropped off at the Administrative Service Center at 13501 N.E. 28th St. in Vancouver.
