Oakridge Properties LLC of Portland bought 27.29 acres of vacant land in Camas from Eiford Trust of Edgewood, Wash., for $4.2 million. The four parcels are zoned residential and one is located at 19319 S.E. 15th St. The other three are east of Southeast 192nd Avenue and south of Southeast Bybee Road, according to county property records. The land development company plans to build a high-end, multi-family development at the site.
