Clark County will hold its annual State of the County address on Thursday, March 12 at Skyview High School, 1300 NW 139th St., from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
County Councilor David Madore is scheduled to present remarks along with fellow councilors Jeanne Stewart and Tom Mielke. Additionally, Sheriff Chuck Atkins and Acting County Manager Mark McCauley will be on hand for short presentations.
Those who plan to attend the public event are encouraged to bring non-perishable food, household supplies or financial donations for local food banks. Donations from last year’s address provided nearly 3,000 meals.
The State of the County program will be available on CVTV Channels 21 and 24 to be viewed later.
