Legacy leases office space

Legacy Health System has leased 8,876 square feet of office space at McGillivray Place, but the hospital system does not officially have plans for the space, according to a spokeswoman.

The business park is located at Southeast 164th and McGillivray Boulevard in Vancouver.

“Legacy is always looking at opportunities to better serve the community and (the lease) fits with our plans to expand services in east Clark County,” said spokeswoman Lise Harwin in an email.

Tim Parker and Don Drake of Melvin Mark Brokerage Co. represented both parties in the transaction.
